Sprint 50 Meters
Sled Sprint 25 Meters(70# added weight for men/50# added weight for women)
Standing Sled Pull 25 Meters(weight same as above)

You will push the sled 25 meters, run back to the start and pull the sled with a rope that is attached to the sled.

You may add or take off weight as needed. Keep in mind when you add weight you should still be able to keep moving when pushing and pulling the sled.
