You can now sign up for class from the CrossFit Newton website. Simply go to member resources and click “sign up for class” in the drop down menu.
Saturday classes will be outside this week. Make sure you don’t park in front of the outside wall.
16(8 each side) x 3 sets; as heavy as possible(make sure it’s a weight you can do without stopping)
Sled push 25 meters
Standing sled drag 25 meters
Alligator walk 25 meters
rest till its your turn again x 4-5 rounds(depending on time)
Weight choices and modifications:
Sled push and drag – 225/155, 275/185, you may go heavier if you are able
Alligator walk – Bear crawl
