3 – 8 chest to bar Pull-ups or 5-10 pull-ups
Run 200 meters

WOD modifications:
Chest to bars/Pull-ups – 1 – 3 strict Pull-ups, 3 – 5 Jumping pull-ups** or 10 ring rows.
Run – If the 200 meter run is taking :60 sec or eating into your next min, shorten the distance so you have at least 10 sec.

**For the Jumping pull-ups you will stack plates on top of each other.
