Choose two movements. One you might want to practice, the other you might not like, but know you need to do. One movement will be done on the first min and the other will be done on the next.

Med ball sit-ups with feel against the wall x 10
Med ball sit ups with legs against the wall x 10
Single leg banded kick backs + arm raise x 10 each side
