3@65%, 3@70%, 2@75%, 1@80%, 1×2 sets@85-90%; drop the bar and re-set after each rep
If you are new to the clean you will use this time to practice technique.
5 rounds
10 power cleans
12 burpees over bar
rest :60 sec

Weight choices and modifications:
115/80, 95/65, 75/45-55
If you are not yet comfortable with the power clean from the floor you may start from above the knee.
